Pickleball Strength Training for longer, stronger play and enjoyment. 6 WEEK Program.

Whether you are a beginner of advanced pickleball player this 6 week pickleball training program can improve all aspect of your game and longevity.

This 6 week pickleball training program focuses on strengthen the key muscles needed for maximum stability, agility and mobility. Reducing injuries, falls or tripping risk which can take long recovery time.

This program addresses four areas for lasting improvements:

A. Legs, hip and hamstring strength work to stabilize your ankle, knees and hips.

B. Chest, back and shoulder strength work to avoid over use strains and injuries in your upper body.

CCore conditioning to protect your back and improve your posture.

D. Footwork for stable and quick movements.

Active Agers – Functional Strength Training – 6 week custom program

Whether you are new to strength training or already experienced, my 6-week functional strength training program for active agers is designed to enhance overall health, performance, and independence.

This custom program focuses on building strength in key muscle groups that support balance, stability, and mobility. By improving functional movement, it helps reduce the risk of falls, injuries, or setbacks that often require long recovery times—keeping you strong, confident, and active in daily life.

Program Goals

Establish a stronger muscular structure that can handle the rigorous and risks of theses sports, reduce injuries and fall or tripping risks. Improve overall performance.

Core strength, range of motion, stronger hips, stronger quads, stronger hamstrings, stronger glutes, stabilize knees, ankles, feet, stronger upper body, healthy shoulder rotation, agility and balance, improved footwork, improved endurance, impact tolerance

Balance Stability Mobility Training Program

Program Goals

Educate the realistic understanding of fall contributes, increase functionality through new skills, stability through strengthening key muscles, mindfulness of fall or tripping risk and confidence through application. 

Focus on

Improved posture, core strength, hip, glutes, leg, calves, shin strength, impact tolerance, range of motion

Lower Body Strength Program

Program Goals

Increase strength in your lower body muscles to increase skeletal stability and functional movements for any desired activities like hiking, biking, skiing, play, gardening, etc, and reduce future injuries.

Upper Body Strength Program

Program Goals

Increase strength and stability in the upper body muscles to increase functionality in any desired activities and reduce future injuries.

Jump-Start Training Program

Program Goals

Lay a solid  foundation for the safe building of full body strength, mobility and range of motion while reducing injury risk. Program will progress to include exercise routines.

Max-Age pOTENTIAL Program

Program Goals

12 month taylored program designed to create a measurably healther, stronger, more conditioned you Optimizing longevity while reducing lifestyle-driven health risks.”

 Will use metrics to measure progress and guide your fitness towards your goals.
