This 6 week pickleball training program focuses on strengthen the key muscles needed for maximum stability, agility and mobility. Reducing injuries, falls or tripping risk which can take long recovery time.
A. Legs, hip and hamstring strength work to stabilize your ankle, knees and hips.
B. Chest, back and shoulder strength work to avoid over use strains and injuries in your upper body.
C. Core conditioning to protect your back and improve your posture.
D. Footwork for stable and quick movements.
Whether you are new to strength training or already experienced, my 6-week functional strength training program for active agers is designed to enhance overall health, performance, and independence.
This custom program focuses on building strength in key muscle groups that support balance, stability, and mobility. By improving functional movement, it helps reduce the risk of falls, injuries, or setbacks that often require long recovery times—keeping you strong, confident, and active in daily life.
This program starts with:
A. Hips, legs and core conditioning.
B. Upper body strength.
C. Full body conditioning routines.
Improvement in health status for people who desire a better quality of life regardless of age and physical abilities.
Improve strength, flexibility, cardio conditioning and functionality so you can fully enjoy your life pursuits.
Pre-rehab or post surgery – For those who desire to improve their health status before rehab or surgery. ( I will collaborate with your doctor)
Post-rehab – For those that want to improve on the gains and progress they have made during their rehab. ( I will collaborate with your Physical Therapist)
General Fitness Maintenance – For those who wish to maintain and make adjustments to their health status as life and aging realities change.
Improve Balance – For those who wish to avoid falls and trips.
Improve Pickle Ball performance – For those who wish to improve their performance and play beyond 80 years old.
Pickleball, Tennis Golf Training Program

Educate the realistic understanding of fall contributes, increase functionality through new skills, stability through strengthening key muscles, mindfulness of fall or tripping risk and confidence through application.

Lower Body Strength Program
Increase strength in your lower body muscles to increase skeletal stability and functional movements for any desired activities like hiking, biking, skiing, play, gardening, etc, and reduce future injuries.
