About Bill

Health IS Wealth! We don’t live in a health care system—we live in a sick care system. The medical and pharmaceutical industries profit when people stay sick, weak, and uninformed.

I’ve been a certified, insured personal trainer for 35 years. Here’s my confession: I don’t love working out, but I love the results.

Why have I done this for so long? Because I’ve seen firsthand how regular, balanced, and safe exercise can transform lives—physically, mentally, and emotionally. I’ve experienced those benefits myself, and I believe exercise is the single best investment in your future health and quality of life.

My mission is simple: to educate and empower people with smart, sustainable fitness. Exercise isn’t just about looking good—it’s about living well.
