Passionate about creating exercise experiences that nurture and shapes the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.
Health IS Wealth! Never before has this statement so true. We live with a sick care system, NOT a health care system. Medical and pharmaceutical industries make lots of money off you being sick, week, ignorant, and broken.
I’ve been a certified, insured, professional personal trainer for 35 years, and I have a confession to make…..I dislike working out BUT I LOVE the results.
So, why have I chosen to be a professional personal trainer for 35 years? Well, I can’t dispute the numerous benefits exercise has on the overall well being of any individual, regardless of their age or ability. Over 35 years I have witnessed these wellness benefits and in some cases life-changing benefits. I have also personally benefited from regular, balanced and consistent exercise routines. As much as I dislike exercising being unhealthy and diseased is even less appealing. I believe regular and moderate exercise is an investment in any individuals future that has many physical, mental and emotional payoffs. That belief, along with my mission to educate and empower people, is why I am passionate, professional, personal trainer.
Smart and safe, regular exercise is the best investment into your current and future health. With the advancement in pharmaceuticals, surgeries, technology it is easy to keep the human body alive but quality of life is the brass ring.
Your current and future health is like an investment portfolio. While you are feeling good you should intentinaly use reguler exercise as an deposit into your future health. Like your investment portfolio your health will go up and down and there will be times when illness and recovery will draw down on your overall health value. This health portffolio should include strength training, cardiovascular training, balance training and flexibilty training.
Pick exercises, classes, a club or exercise environment and physical activities you enjoy.
Be it your club membership, a personal trainer, exercise classes, the cost should be affordable and fit in your budget.
Record your goals and progress in a journal. Regularly showing up to a group exercise class, or your personal training session or exercising with a friend.
Where ever you choose to exercise or stretch on a regular basis it should be easy to access with little effort. A health club that is difficult to access or if your home exercise space is cluttered you are less likely to use them.
About helping others to work towards and experience a more empowered version of themselves.
