An assessment is performed of each participant on day one and on the last day of the class to measure the participants progress.

Success by the numbers

The Stall the Fall program does not guarantee that participants will never trip or fall. The data below shows that within 7 short weeks participants improve their legs and hips strength, are able to move faster, stop quicker and navigate obstacles with more confidence.

Do you meet the minimum abilities to
begin the next Stall the Fall program?

Due to the physical and mental challenges of the course there is a minimum requirement to be eligible for the safety and the success of each participant.

If you do not meet the below requirements it is recommended you seek the guidance of a physical therapist or a personal trainer to get your self ready for the next scheduled course.

Sit to Stand

5 times May not use your hands for assistance. Stand all the way up and sit all the way down for each time.

NO pain

Freedom from pain in your feet, ankles, knees, hips, and back.

Unassisted walking

Walk 30 feet freely—no cane, no walker.

Attendance

Can attend 12 of the 14 scheduled sessions.
